Hi, I am Elwyn, a fully qualified Advanced Personal Trainer. I have always enjoyed the concepts of training and strength, I come from a gymnastic sports background and have competed at Provincial and National Levels in South Africa. I have worked with people from around world as a Snowboard Instructor in Canada, Switzerland, Italy, France and Austria.
Helping people improve their lives through training has to be one of the most rewarding jobs in the world. I get to help people every day achieve their goals in Fitness, Weight Loss, Muscle Gain,strength and sports conditioning and as a result I take great satisfaction to see the happiness my clients get from their achievements. I have worked with a variety of clients, from clients wanting to lose weight to formation sky divers. My specialist areas are Fat/weight loss, muscle building, toning and Functional training.

GERD HAHN, German speaking Specialist Personal Trainer (German speaking clients only)
Hi I am Gerd Hahn, I am a native German speaking Personal Fitness Training Expert, I have over 30 years experience in sports and fitness training, after completing my Diploma in Sport Education I coached the German national teams in Gymnastics and Diving for 9 years in my specialist field, and have since specialised in Personal Fitness Training and group training . I currently specialise in injury and illness rehabilitation.

Diploma in Sports Education/ Sport Science
Certificate in Dorn Therapy (Non-manipulative therapy to correct misalignments in the spine and joints)
